PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is available to both new and existing customers who are residing in Nigeria (at the time of participation):

a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older;

b) have played at least a ticket of any game on MegaMillions Naija platform before the draw;

c) Volunteers, past/present employees, officers and directors of MegaMillions Naija are not eligible to participate in the Play2win.

2.2.1 In the event that an Individual does not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth herein, MegaMillions Naija reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify the participant from participating in this Promotion. The disqualified Individual will not be entitled to any winning due to such disqualification.

GENERAL

3.1 A winner from the draw has 2(two) hours to respond to the winning notice or call made to him failing which the winning is forfeited.

3.2 Winners must be declared for PR and transparency (name, photos, videos etc). A winner that refuses/fails to send in his testimonial video or picture for PR purpose is deemed to have forfeited his claim.
